Summer Gatherers, Communal Cloth @ Arnolfini

Communal Cloth is an ever growing project that surrounds people around the cloth in silence, letting the gentle rhythm of our hands guide us into the present moment. A meditative process that combines stitch, groundedness, connectivity and community. For years to come, more and more stitches will be added to the cloth, all the hands coming together to leave a stitch in a moment in time. Recently, I hosted my first Summer Gatherers session at the Arnolfini. It was such a joyous moment with over 20 participants joining the stitch.
