Craft/folks

Craft/Folks is a Bristol-based craft collective where people gather to make, learn, and share through craft, without pressure, performance, or productivity. We offer curated, slow, hands-on workshops that prioritise process, community, and learning through making.

'Home' shop

Home was a pop-up shop/ exhibition run with the quilter Jessie Green at the Christmas Steps in Bristol. It came as an opportunity to explore making a collection of festive one offs textiles pieces that featured quilts, wall hangings & accessories.

Communal Cloth at the arnolfini, 2024 & 2025

As part of Arnlfinis Seasonal Gatherers, I shared the Communal Cloth project every month for over a year. Embedded with their ever changing exhibitions, the cloth gave the visitors an opportunity to sit amongst the art and explore hand sewing, at times, for the first time.

Letter to my mum

As part of my final major project at university, I developed a project that documented the rupture and repair of relationships through mending stitches, embroidered letters and the reflection of the nostalgic time away at the desert.
